BLACK MAMBA SOLUTIONS INC. Notifications are designed to provide timely updates regarding your deliveries, schedule reminders, and ensure that you are tracking in and out for each service. Additionally, notifications will inform you of any upcoming events, document requirements, or other important updates.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send a confirmation SMS that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, simply sign up as you did initially, and we will begin sending SMS messages to you once more.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Consent to Receive Automated Calls/Texts: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages (e.g., SMS, MMS, or future technologies) from us regarding our services, promotions, and updates. Consent is not required to make a purchase.
3. Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt-out of receiving automated texts at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us, or email iryna@blackmambasolutions.org.
4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us for any claims, including those under the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act, resulting from your voluntary provision of a telephone number that is not owned by you or failure to notify us of any number changes.
5. Participation Requirements: You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging with a participating wireless carrier. Not all carriers support this service.
6. Miscellaneous: You warrant that you have the necessary rights to agree to these Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. We reserve the right to modify these Terms, and updates will be communicated to you. Continuing to use the Service after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
